Evans Field Pollinator Garden
The Evans Recreation Area in Lower Price Hill offers some of the neighborhood’s only public outdoor space, with two baseball fields, a skatepark and a bike polo court. By collaborating with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and Groundworks to install this 1600-square-foot pollinator garden, we can have a profound impact on this space and the surrounding community. Native plants belong everywhere, not just in parks and preserves. People in all neighborhoods have the right to connect with nature in their daily lives, and pollinator gardens like this one are a first step in creating those connections.
