Trees of Hauck Botanic Gardens

  • The Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati 2715 Reading Road Cincinnati, OH, 45206 United States (map)

Join us for an early-morning walk in the garden! We'll talk all things trees as we explore the trees of Hauck Botanic Gardens, from our unique specimens to our most common species. You'll learn about key identifiers, ecological importance, natural history and different trees' preferred habitat. We'll also discuss which trees are well suited for yards and which are more commonly found out in local forests.

This event will take place outdoors. Please dress for the weather and for walking around in the gardens.

Presenter: Sam Settlemyre, CGC Community Engagement Coordinator

Cost: $15 / free for active volunteers
