Learn to grow oyster mushrooms at home!

This introductory workshop will cover mushroom cultivation 101 and all the steps involved in growing your own mushrooms in buckets. You'll take home your inoculated bucket of oyster mushrooms and watch it grow.

About the instructor: Ash Roper has been growing mushrooms in the Cincinnati area for some time now and is an avid local forager. She has a vast array of experience in growing mushrooms from logs, bags, and 5-gallon buckets. She has several varieties growing now! Many are harvested and cooked in dishes, shared with friends, and also made into tinctures.

Cost: $35 / $15 for active CGC volunteers
