Join us for an exciting evening at the Opening Reception of INTER / SECTIONS, an Urban Ecology Artist Program Exhibition at the Civic Garden Center.
Come and discover the amazing talent of local artists Adrienne Dixon, Devan Horton, Jaden Leman, Pedal Miranda and Milo Whitson, who have participated in our Urban Ecology program this summer. The event will showcase their unique installations inspired by the role of humans in nature and their relationship as artists with the urban ecology.
During the reception, you'll have the opportunity to meet the artists, engage in conversations about their work, and participate in two community offerings led by the artists (see below). This is a fantastic chance to support local artists and learn more about the impact of urban environments in nature.
The evening will include two community offerings: a Guided Movement Meditation led by Jaden (5-5:45pm) and Watercolor with Walnuts led by Devan (5:30-6:30pm). These are free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Cost: Free!
This program was created and led by artist and student of Nature Julia O. Bianco, with the assistance of Robin Klebau. Made possible thanks to the support of ArtsWave Catalyzing Impact grant and the Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati.
