HUB Garden Class: Cultural Influence on Growing Crops

  • Northgate Community Garden 9151 Zoellner Drive Cincinnati, OH, 45251 United States (map)

How we prepare food can map where we come from and the cultural influences that impact our cooking. This is also true to how we grow food. In this outdoor garden class, we will explore various cultural crops and natural trellising methods from gardeners from Africa and Nepal.

Free & open to the public! However, please register so that we can notify you in case of weather-related schedule changes.

This class will be held at the Northgate Community Garden: 9151 Zoellner Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45251.

Facilitator: Clare Thorn, Extension Associate, Central State University Extension
