Join Kate Zaidan, chef and owner of Dean's Mediterranean Imports at Findlay Market, for a few fall favorites from Lebanon! We’ll start with a robust array of appetizers. Then we'll prepare Pumpkin Kibbeh with Tahini Sauce, use local dandelion greens for a wonderfully bittersweet dish heaped with fried onions and spices, and we’ll finish with delightful tiny pancakes stuffed with cream and topped with pistachios. This menu is all vegetarian, and we can easily accommodate vegans as well. We'll dine on our dishes at the end!
