Chocolate Vine
This semi-evergreen vine is native to Japan and China and has shown invasive qualities in the United States.
It is an aggressive spreader that can grow up to 40 feet and choke out surrounding vegetation.
Prefers full sun and well-drained soil but will grow rapidly in a variety of conditions.
Produces purple flowers in spring.
Drought tolerant and deer resistant.
Not recommended for planting.
